These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern your use of MEV Bot (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any provisions of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description

MEV Bot is software for automated arbitrage on decentralized exchanges (DEX) on the Ethereum network. The Service uses Flash Loans technology and analyzes mempool to identify arbitrage opportunities.

The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended or terminated at any time without prior notice.

3. Usage Rights

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use MEV Bot for personal purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without our written permission
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or other proprietary rights

4. User Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years old or reach the age of majority in your jurisdiction
2. Have the legal right to use cryptocurrencies and decentralized financial services
3. Provide accurate and up-to-date information when using the Service
4. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Not use the Service for illegal purposes

5. Financial Risks

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Using MEV Bot involves significant financial risks, including the risk of complete loss of funds
• Cryptocurrency markets are extremely volatile and unpredictable
• Arbitrage opportunities may not generate profit or may result in losses
• Technical failures, code errors or network problems may lead to financial losses
• You are fully responsible for all transactions executed through the Service

6. Fees and Payments

MEV Bot may charge a fee on profits from arbitrage operations. The fee amount is indicated in the Service interface. You are responsible for paying all Ethereum network fees (gas fees) for transactions executed through the Service.

All payments are made in Ethereum cryptocurrency (ETH) and are non-refundable.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

1. Any illegal purposes or activities
2. Infringement of intellectual property rights
3. Distribution of malicious software
4. Attempts to hack or breach Service security
5. Market manipulation or use of insider information
6. Violation of other users' rights
7. Any actions that may damage the Service's reputation

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to MEV Bot, including copyrights, trademarks, patents and other intellectual property rights, belong to us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you the right to use our trademarks, logos or other distinctive signs.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will work continuously or without errors
• Results of using the Service will meet your expectations
• The Service will be available at any time
• Any errors will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
• Loss of profit, data or other intangible assets
• Financial losses arising from use of the Service
• Actions or inaction of third parties
• Technical failures or problems with the Ethereum network

11. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time without prior notice in case of violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes are made means your agreement with the new Terms.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or in connection with them shall be resolved in competent courts.
